  I've sent two emails with receipts for purchases and I have not been contacted back it's been two days After purchasing the app closes and restarting the app or uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't show up in inbox or anywhere I have sent copies of the receipts for items that I am missing but was told it was fixed already and it wasn't it keeps disconnecting from the game server also not very satisfied with the app at all which is sad because the game itself is amazingly done artistically

  The first 100 levels I would give 4-5 stars as it offers a different type of play compared to other slot games... however, once you are past this mark wins become few and far between, level rewards are pointless and unless you want to spend hundreds, the coin packs dont offer enough to even give you a chance to win a grand jackpot (as it locked based on bet amount by level)

  Well I've loads of slot games and I love the look of the game and the different twist they have done to it but I have never know a slot game so intent on not giving any big wins at all. I've even tried spending money on it to see if that ups the odds on winning big but still no. Pointless playing this game as it never gives you the wins and you're always out of money. They did say to me try changing the slots but that don't make a difference pointless and disappointing.

  This slots game could be enjoyable if not for several major issues. First, it's overloaded with ads, which seem purposefully irritating and frequent, pushing you to pay to remove them.   Had a bug issue for a while. Seems fixed today. Yes there are adds, but they need to make money too, so i get it. Game makes sure to give you enough in daily bonuses that you can still play for hours each day so I never have to worry about going broke unless I make dumb choices.

  This is the most disgusting game I have ever played in my life. So here I'm again why if downloading the game via Amazon the game wil not open and give a message it contain a bug. The bug has to be repared than it will open i can buy coins and diamonds via Amazon both not on play store.

  One of the better slot games. But it spams way to many ads,got 5 ads in 3 minutes so removed this game. Not only do they force ads with no rewards, they will have 4 windows pop up back to back to buy some useless thing in the game

  The moment that I started the app and heard that AI generated voice, I instantly look a closer look at the "art" and realized that most, if not nearly all of it, is also AI generated. Characters with weird hands and fingers, and their clothes melting together into their hair. With the sheer amount of ads on this app, it's clear that the developer's intention was to make money off of people while putting in as little effort as possible. Go play a different slot with real art and real effort.

  A enjoyable slots game is hidden behind many flaws. First off it's an ad fest, which are deliberately annoying and excessive so you're compelled to pay to remove the ads. On top of that there is constant popup to buy microtransactions at regular intervals. Any use of the limited diamond resource feels entirely unsatisfying as you never get a high payout. And finally the game is SLOW, any time you have to collect a reward you have to watch a 5 second animation. Making getting rewards painful.

  Liked it at first. Now it's a scam. Made many purchases. Near level 400 and never picked or have won a MAJOR or GRAND jackpot. Bonuses where you pick until you match 3 is rigged. I use the same pattern always and guess what, I'll pick 3 mini. Lately, 20+ spins and not win even 1 coin. Bonus rounds are sad. Also, with your last 1-2 spins, then a bonus & never covers the losses. I know many game results before it happens. Its a scam. Thanks Google, for helping facilitate the Chinese scam artists.
